Bait and Switch – We had an extremely disappointing experience with our Valentine's Day 2011 prize gift card. We brought it to the Cameron Village store in March and were told 'congratulations, you won the grand prize!' ($500). We asked if we could come back and use it for a special occasion, and they said that we could use it any time. My guy brought it to the store yesterday, and the employees acted like they had no idea what he was talking about. Buying an engagement ring – I recently purchased a beautiful diamond engagement ring from Bailey's Fine Jewelry in Cameron Village and I wanted to do something I have never done, write a review. Customer Service is Top-Notch! – I could not be more pleased with the way the fine staff at Bailey's took care of me. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I brought my wife's anniversary present in for a cleaning, and not only did they make it shine like new free of charge but also returned it to me beautifully gift wrapped...also on the house. I call that stellar service! A big shout out to Katie the concierge, who was a huge help. I will definitely bring my business to Bailey's again.

Simply the Best!!! – You get what you pay for!!! I shopped around for days, long days, everywhere throughout the triangle area looking for the perfect engagment ring for my fiance, and found it at Bailey's. If I could go back in time I would have saved the time, gas money, and headache of dealing with pushy salepeople at other jewelry stores and just went strait to Bailey's. Great Service ! – My husband bought my ring from baileys. The ring is gorgeous!!! We had to get bands custom made because the shape of the ring. Eric did an amazing job! Everyone there was so easy to work with. Our experience was wonderful!

Great job! – My husband and I were so happy with our experience at Bailey's. Reggie helped us with picking out a beautiful David Yurman necklace. Even though I was there at the time of purchase they offered to gift wrap the necklace for me. Thought that was so sweet!

Very Pleased Customer!!!!!!!!!! – Bailey's Fine Jewelry says it all in it's name!! They have the best customer service, the even offer you a drink and a cookie while you shop or wait for a repair! Bailey's in Rocky Mount was a very extraordinary experience the sales associate was very informative. They have tons of different designer brands and anything else you could possibly want, gifts too! If you want my recommendation Bailey's is the number 1 jewelry store in North Carolina!!! Happy Shopping
