Wonderful Experience! – After having a terrible experience at Diamonds Direct, I went to Bailey's Crabtree and couldn't believe the difference in the two stores! The sales people at Bailey's were so pleasant and extremely helpful. I found the perfect ring at a better price with a higher quality. After the high pressured sales approach at the first store, Bailey's was a breath of well needed fresh air! Great experience shopping in this beautiful store.

Great quality, Knowledgable staff – I have shopped at several Bailey's locations and the Rocky Mount store is still my favorite because i grew up here and Bailey's started here! I don't spend much money on jewelry but their staff is always so friendly and I am always treated really well. It's a great place to shop!

No attention to detail and overpriced. – My wife took a watch of mine in to be repaired (as a surprise). It was a BIG surprise. They charged her a ridiculously high rate for a very basic repair (more than I paid for the watch years ago) and I've just tried to set it and see the minute indicators are all shifted two to the left. Zero attention to detail and ridiculous pricing. Sure they're attentive when you're in the store (they want you to buy something expensive). But with this kind of service, I won't be going back.

Beautiful ring, frustrating customer experience. – Having heard that Bailey's was the place to go in the triangle for engagement rings, my very smart then-boyfriend took me on a ring-scouting mission to Bailey's in Cameron Village. glad to have great jewelry store back in crabtree! – We finally have a great jewelry store back in the Crabtree Valley Mall!!! :) Once upon a time I was a loyal Carlyle and Co. shopper. In particular I would make a trip to the Crabtree location and work with Susan House. Well imagine my surprise when Bailey's took over the location and I found out Susan is working there now! Great place – I visited the new Crabtree location the other day while I was in the mall. I was just browsing, looking for a wedding band for my fiancee. I found lots of beautiful options, but was looking for something extra special for my special someone. The customer service was great, not rushed or pressured. The sales staff suggested that perhaps I work with Patrick who makes custom, one-of-a-kind jewelry. I'm Hooked! – I try to treat myself to something special every once in a while and I have found that not only does Bailey's always have something perfect for me each time I make a trip but their customer service and hospitality makes the trip even more amazing in itself!!

Great Customer Service!! – The store clerks were very friendly when I came in to the new Bailey's at Crabtree Valley Mall. They asked If I needed any help and when I said just looking they offered me a fresh baked cookie and soda or water to enjoy while I browsed!! I have never received that at a jewelery store before when shopping for presents. They were very helpful when I asked what a particular stone was and made me feel quite comfortable. Beautiful array of glistening diamonds!!! – My recent experience @ Bailey's was relaxing and enjoyable. I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous Mr. Shepherd, who spent a good deal of time w/ me going over their 18 karat white gold diamond selections. His enthusiasm and knowledge about their unique and high quality pieces was very refreshing, which is hard to find these days.
