The only reason you even get 1 star is because I had to give you something just to post this review. This is in regards to a hospital visit shortly after a car crash I had in September of 2016. I live an hour away from Owasso. When it comes to Emergency department I don't think I would want to go anywhere else if I was in town or even close by . I would choose Bailey over the other hospitals I pass . I happened to be in town the 2 visits I had over the weekend . They were busy last night and I honestly couldn't tell based on my care. I don't plan on making very many trips to the Er but I know how hard you work ! Great Job !
Awesome experience so far. Doctors, nurses, techs, every single person I’ve encountered has been incredible, caring, and made me feel great about being here. Special thanks to Vanessa who helped me in pre-op, Jen in Recovery, Tricia as my room nurse and Andrea and Jen this evening. Terry in Respiratory was great to talk to and Andrea even allowed me to use her personal iPhone charger. So impressed with this facility and their commitment to excellent patient care. I was told to be here at 11:45 for an EGD. I’ve now been here 3 hours waiting!! My time is just as important as the doctor’s. Very disrespectful to keep someone that hasn’t been able to eat or drink all day, waiting for this long!
I have never given any place a low rating like this before. But this whole place was a debacle. The ER was ok, but every experience after I was admitted was a nightmare.
