We love it at Bailey! Our primary Dr Galles is so understanding and informative! He listens to you! And all our other experiences there have been just as nice. Every one in every office and department we have had to be at recently have been so friendly and responsive to questions and needs.
At least they didn't take 2 hours to get me in like hillcrest did
Everyone was very courteous & helpful. Tom had surgery with Dr. Orjala, the nurses that tended to him before surgery were helpful, professional and had a great sense of humor, which puts you at ease. Thank you
My 89 year old Mother was brought in with a possible stroke. It took an hour before they would let any of us go back to her room. Now, no tests were being done or anything. She was just lying in the dark alone. It took another hour and a half to get someone to see her and then only after getting upset and demanding to see a doctor. She ended up having a heart problem that was severe enough that she was transported to Hillcrest Heart Center. My daughter delivered a stillborn son here on Christmas Eve of 2015, then a stillborn daughter on 1/28/2017. Under the worst of circumstances we had such stellar care and kindness from the staff. I can't remember all the names but my heartfelt thanks to Dr's Chainakul and Hall and to Stacey, Kim, Heather and the other caring nurses who helped us through this difficult time. �
Went to the ER yesterday with my 4 year old. They didn't have a room available but still ordered x-rays and got us very well taken care of from the waiting room.
A very nice hospital and the nicest staff I have EVER encountered . Plus they had some very good coffee.
L&D was amazing they have the best nurses. They help in any way they can
