I like Dr. Bailes personally, and trust him. He runs a solitary practice, so sometimes access is hard. And he is a bit of a Luddite. No email--fax only. Phone answered Mon, Tue, Thur & half day Fri. And as others have noted, long waits at the office. This is because he takes as long as necessary to satisfy whomever he is seeing, and always runs over. He should schedule longer windows.
He is great and really takes time with people which is wonderful. My biggest complaint is the wait. I do wish they would consider scheduling different knowing he takes so long and then we aren't waiting in the waiting room an hour. Having taken off work and etc. be a little more considerate with front end scheduling.
Very knowledgeable Doctor, caring and kind. Wonderful Christian man. I have recommended him to many people, including family and friends.
He has an amazing personality and very knowledgeable, I always refer my friends to him
I have been his patient for 24 years and have the utmost respect for his compassion and expertise. He's the best. It's too bad his staff is incompetent and even malfeasant. Calls are not returned, lab results are not conveyed and information not shared. My rating of him as a medical professional would be 5 stars but his staff drags him to a paltry 2 stars.
