I appreciated the service and I felt I was in good hands
Dr Rowhani was gentle and explained things as she went.
I had to use my credit card because I didn't have enough in my health savings acct. I really wish you could bill my insurance before taking money from me. It's very difficult to pay upfront for dental exams.
Since I have been around for some 76 years, I have experiences with dentists. My visit Friday was on an urgent basis: I had broken a tooth, my regular dentist was gone for 2 weeks, his co-worker would not see me, so I began calling and Ron worked me in. It was a very positive experience and I plan to become a regular patient. I note there are a number of good references in Checkbook and I agree with them. So....
Shorter woman at the front desk was loquacious and opinionated. Made me a bit uncomfortable when I didn't agree with what she said. Had to wait about 8 minutes but that wasn't a choice.
Everything about this entire practice is excellant
All staff contributed to (and I sincerely mean this) a pleasurable and productive appointment. Thank you. No change in protocol is necessary...
It was recommended that I needed a new Night Guard. The price of $750 is not affordable for me at this time. I may need to go to an In Network provider for this service.
