Thank you so much for your kindness towards my children! They are 4 and 6 and truly love coming to the dentist because of your consistently kind, patient, gentle and fun care.
Dr. Hauptman and his staff are always very professional and up to date in what is the cutting edge of new dental technology. They are sensitive and supportive, kind and considerate, and always put me at ease, as well as, give me all the time I need to ask questions. They never rush me. I have been a patient in Dr. Hauptman's office for over 20 years and when I am in his office, I feel as if I am a part of the office family. Before I went to Dr. Hauptman I dreaded dental visits; I don't feel that way any longer.
This doesn't bother me at all, but the noisy fan in the elevator could be repaired.
