I have to comment that the reason that I was not seated until 20 minutes past my appointment time was due to the fact that the patient prior to mine was 20 minutes late, but I did receive a courtesy call from the Dentist of this fact which I greatly appreciated.

Not a personal problem but dentists could Offer urgent care some evenings and on weekends or holidays. Also,some workers on strict schedules have difficulty getting time off for medical/dental needs.

I also met Phil Curley in the waiting room. I NEVER had a dentist spend so much time with me. All the attention made me feel quite special. Am I allowed to say it was the most fun appointment ever? Thank you so very much!
