Everything and everybody was wonderful.
Everything was fine, as usual.
I was disappinted that Dr. Hauptman had not spoken with Dr. Eskow prior to my yesterday appointment, letting me know that they had played "phone tag" earlier in the week. I was pleased however that Dr. Hauptman was able to reach Dr. Eskow during my visit and speak with him. Dr. Eskow had previously told me (with my wife present) that "if it ain't broke don't fix it," i.e. I don't need new upper and lower retainers so I was surprised when Dr. Hauptman told me that Dr. Eskow told him the opposite during their phone conversatio... read more
Everyone at this practice from the receptionist at the front desk to Dr. Rohani gives me a warm, secure feeling that I am in good hands from the latest technology to general patient to staff friendliness. I first met Dr. Hauptman in 1982 and now enjoy Dr. Rohani equally so the longevity of this dental connection testifies to my extreme satisfaction!!
I was happy witt all of them.
I had a great experience with the dr. &dental hygienist for plaque removal. However, there was a 3rd person/dental tech that did the toothpaste "polish" and flossing. Honestly, it was the most disappointing cleaning I have ever had. I hate to be so candid. She barely touched the brush to my teeth, literally it was a 1-2 second tap. She didn't even floss all the way to the gum on some of my teeth that are tighter to floss between. She was finished in 5 minutes or less for the entire cleaning. Dr. Rowhani and the office staff are the tops. Thorough, friendly, clear in explaining everything. I will be moving three states away soon and I will travel back here for dental care as long as I can rather than change dentists!
Dr. Rowhani was wonderful as always, explaining my options so I can understand them.
