Horrible customer service.
I had a great experience at Baggett’s Jewelry Store getting my mother’s ring resized. The price was very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly personable and professional. They clearly know their craft and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service and expert care!
I was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff and owner are very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I had several pieces of jewelry worked on re: missing stones, prong work, broken shank, etc. I was very pleased with how beautiful my jewelry looked when it was returned. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable and they stand behind their work.
