I usually love this place, but the past 3 times I went in (2 weeks) you were out of Caesar dressing! Come on! At 11:30am/12pm you should have full stock of it! And your managers both times I asked for a refund were very rude about giving it (the first time my husband waited for it, but these past two times I was with my 4 year old). Get your act together!!!!!!
This place used to be incredible...but now, I don't know what happened but the employees are simply all mixed up! They have trouble, a lot of trouble, getting orders correct. They can't multi task when it is busy between taking orders, making food, ringing sales, keeping coffee carfes full....they really neglect the coffee and the dining area during the rush. Very frustrating to have no napkins and empty coffee carafes!!!!!! Not to mention the cold panni sandwiches!!!!!!!
