So we went today for lunch and the service was horrible. The staff didn’t even take our name down correctly or wrap the bagel up correct. When husband grabbed the bagel it’s wrapper fell open due to not wrapped correctly and bagel fell on floor he said something to the staff and they looked at him like he had to heads and didn’t even acknowledge him . Very rude and very poor service!!
Customer service is horrible. Guy taking our order was not paying attention, he was just staring at the other workers but not saying anything. So he missed everything we were saying. Then he had the audacity to scream at an old man for grabbing his food since no one was giving it to him. This was a very old gentleman and should not have been treated like that. RecommendedThey have no grill so forget eggs. They nuke them and they are disgusting! Great parfaits, bagels, spreads, and coffee.
