While the furniture seems high quality and durable, the customer service is simply awful! The store in Melbourne, FL has the grumpiest, most unhappy looking sales representatives you could ever imagine. Lack of communication is also a big problem at this store, for our second purchase, we haven’t learnt our lesson on the first run. Buy your fine furniture anywhere else but Baers I purchased a supposed high end bedroom set and had FOUR attempted different deliveries and each delivery had blemished furniture . I had to cancel the order because management coudn't right, nor did they care to. I missed four days of work waiting for rejected deliveries and it took more than a week to process my refund.
