The worst quality furniture. Don't waste your money. Sofa broke 4 times in one year. I had extended warranty. They came and replaced the entire couch, which also broke three more times. They dragged out service calls until my warranty ran out. Couch is going to the curb. Total garbage. Cheep materials used. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! Service tech told use, that we are not supposed to sit on the couch!!?? Warning all on every site I can find!!! $1200 could have bought a real leather Nattuzzi sofa!.

I would give a zero if I could. I purchased some furniture from the Badcock store in Kinston, NC back in March. My furniture did not come in until May. The furniture had been sitting at the store for 2 weeks and had not been delivered to my home. I ended up picking the merchandise up myself. The store manager was EXTREMELY rude when I asked for a refund for my delivery cost. I ordered a couch and loveseat almost a month and a half ago the delivery appointments have been changed 2x and today they failed to show up after being told they were on there way. I was told the $99 dollar delivery fee would be returned 2 weeks ago and that still hasn't happened either. I have missed time from work 3 times now which is ridiculous.
We purchase an extended warranty from Badcock Furniture store for our new washer and dryer set in late 2019. By the end of February 2020, our dryer stopped working completely. It still remains torn apart by the local repair company and useless in our garage. 16 weeks later. First Warrentech sent out Ray appliance which we went back and forth with for all of March, April and half of May. Dublin, Ga. Badcock mattress was sunken in the middle and warped sloping down a hill. Pillows had hair on them. Looked dingy like they had been slept on. I would never recommend any Badcock Furniture Store to anyone. This has been a horrible experience. They said they would pick my mattress up the next day, but want me to wait ten days before I get my money back. I am not a very happy or satisfied customer.
I've bought all kinds of things from Badcock (sectional, sofas, dining sets, generators, tvs..). Every time they were very easy to work with. In fact, one of our sectional's legs broke 3 years later and they sent someone out to fix it for free. No issues whatsoever and will continue to do business with them.
I had the worst experience with a Badcock cooperate Warehouse employee. She was very rude and disrespectful. She does not know how to communicate with customers. I tried to report her to her supervisor but never received a callback. The only reason i gave this review 1 star is because the Lake Worth store employees and delivery guys were great. one start is the lowest rating i can give or i would give less. We had purchased a sectional here and the specifically stated it was sturdy enough for my husband. well after 1 month the couch recliners were falling apart. we complained they sent someone out to "repair" it. Badcock did everything they could to satisfy this customer. Numerous times, an INDEPENDENT service and repair Company (not Badcock) was sent to the customer's home to repair the merchandise. They attempted to repair the merchandise time and time again, but kept reporting back to Badcock that the merchandise was NOT defective, but that customer abuse was the reason for the repeated problems. I purchased my furniture April 2018 ( love seat and couch) from the Cutler Bay, Fl location. I called a few weeks later because the love seat was broken. They sent a rep to my house to come and take pictures and that same rep told me that someone would contact me within the week to resolve the issues.
