Ive been a customer with ********************** for years. My mom has a lot of my family members at the store in *************, but its not the store actually its the warehouse of *****. They picked up my table. They were supposed to give me a credit but they did it so when I went in for my credit, they said that they didnt pick up my table Now theyre going back-and-forth with me and its been months and months and I am very disappointed and I am very unhappy and then going forward. Horrible quality but what's worse is when I was sold the set I was told that I can pay for insurance and if it's not used then I get that $400+ as a credit towards another item from Badcock. Suddenly nobody knows what I'm talking about now that the c*** is paid off WHY would I agree to pay for INSURANCE that only covers stains really, for over $400?? Obviously if I'm told I'll get it back at the end of the loan I'd agree to it. And the store i bought the furniture at closed months ago so there's nothing I can even do about i... read more

I have been reaching out to the Ruskin Florida office in regards to an overpayment refund of over $400 that was supposed to be refunded on 10 July 2024. It has been over 40 days. I have been getting the run around from the corporate office number as well as the customer service number. The customer service numbers seem to be outsourced to ***** call centers. So far Ive been on hold for 30 minutes. Thats not including the other days Ive been calling 877 number ! Im trying to contact them to cancel my delivery pieces they have wrong ! They can do better ..,

My boyfriend and I purchased a king ******* set in cash around July 4 weekend. We didnt need the mattress because we purchased one from Amazon. We spent over 1400 on this ******* set forgot to buy a box spring. So we came back the next day and a sales person helped us buy a box spring. He pulled it up on the computer and quoted us ******. We paid the 199 and put it on the same delivery for the ******* set. The *************** location and the customer service is the worst I have ever done business with.I returned a recliner because it was so uncomfortable . In order to return something you need to call customer service. I called them at least 3-4 times and each time I was put on hold, once for 30 minutes then they hung up. Each time was the same deal.When they finally picked up the return, I waited all day instead of a 3-4 hour window. Bad business purchase a Amana washer complain 2 days later about the washer spinning to loud they said since it was the holidays I had to wait now there saying I waited to long to reported and they can't exchange it purchase warranty and still won't come out to look at it this store done lost business with me I won't never buy from them again ever

I purchased my children a futon bed from them in April, an not even a week later screws were coming out pieces are falling off. I will never order from them again!! Not to mention it's october now an the bed is pealing on the sides where I find loads of bed bugs inside!!! I am beyond ****** money down the drain!!!! No one seems to be able to help with anything!!!
