Food was decent even though the cashier had a shitty attitude. I asked for a mushroom Swiss COMBO AND a side salad. Only got the sandwich and salad and had to pay for the fries. Won't be back
We waiting 40 minutes after paying to get our food. Very unorganized and poor service.

Today was our first time ever eating at Backyard Burgers and we loved it. Hieu made our first visit awesome, he was so polite and helpful when we ask questions! Happy customers from Tennessee!!!
I am NEVER eating here again. It was the nastiest place to ever walk into! The cashier was rude and the manager was mopping while our food was being made, you do not mop while food is being prepared. We could not even eat our fries because it was like they sat in grease all day! I even got sick on the way home after eating there. Some changes need to be made.
