Service is incredibly slow.
ordered a cheddar and bacon burger no bacon. ordered a my dew got a sweet tea. went through the drive thru
Food was decent even though the cashier had a shitty attitude. I asked for a mushroom Swiss COMBO AND a side salad. Only got the sandwich and salad and had to pay for the fries. Won't be back
We waiting 40 minutes after paying to get our food. Very unorganized and poor service.
We're sitting in the drive through as we speak. The young lady working the drive through is rude as can be. You can definitely tell she is unhappy and hates her job. She did not greet us at all other then tell us it woukd be a few minutes bc she was counting her drawer. She did say thank you or sorry about that. She didn't smile when we pulled around to pay she only told us put total, took the money and shut the door then said nothing as she handed our food. This is unacceptable customer service. Definitely the best burger place around �
We had a large order. Instead of ordering the fries that came with the combo we substituted the fries for waffle fries. The Caucasian cook proceed to use his bare hands and reach into the freezer and grab the frozen waffle fries and throws them in the deep frier. I asked the African American manager that is exspecting if he can first wash his hand and them put on some gloves before/while handling our food. I am NEVER eating here again. It was the nastiest place to ever walk into! The cashier was rude and the manager was mopping while our food was being made, you do not mop while food is being prepared. We could not even eat our fries because it was like they sat in grease all day! I even got sick on the way home after eating there. Some changes need to be made.
