RecommendedWow, what a great experience, I had Back to Basics come out to help me with my I Pad. Mark, was so knowledgeable and polite, he answered all my questions and corrected all my problems And reset my phone...I would highly recommend this company , my husband had his lap top updated a few months ago also and he too is completely satisfied and highly recommends them. This guy keeps the computer longer than he says then doesn't return phone calls to 80 year old clients....awful customer service and not very knowledgeable!!
alrighty, everyone should know that Mark takes care of business..My 8yo puter died.. I explained to Mark I was on a budget & what I use my puter mostly for..No time was wasted in building me a new, fast & efficient system..Back to Basics is my new "Go To" guy..I'd suggest you take your system probs to him
