I started having retina tears a few years back. Dr. Notaro-Reitz saved my vision. I continue with checkups. She is professional and cares about her patients. I would NEVER want another retina doctor handling my care. She saved my vision 3 times. Now, when I go to her for checkups she is happy my checkups are good. I also have to add that she and her staff are ALWAYS professional and helpful. In fact, they are the ONLY business that when they call, the caller identifies themselves and then ask to speak to me. Saw Dr Notaro again for ongoing issue with floaters and flashing. My prior /1st visits I must admit I was leery after reading a few reviews however I went anyway as I needed to gauge it myself. She was respectful, knowledgeable, listened to my questions without rushing me and answered them in full to my full understanding. She came across as friendly and kind. She is a bit soft spoken but I don't see that as a negative. Also, her staff is always professional as well as friendly.
I just had my first appointment with Dr Notaro and her staff. What a pleasant experience. I was treated in a timely and professional manner. Two thumbs up from this patient.
This doctor has zero tolerance or compassion for people in her care. Awful “bedside manner” does not listen to her patients and only seems concerned with racking up surgery opportunities i strongly recommend looking for another doctor.
I call reaching out with knowing i got pink eye and need to be percribed medication to heal it and this place thats for eyes isnt able to do that can you say very unprofessional
