I don’t normally do bad reviews as a Bussiness owner myself and I have had 1 bad review that was false and put a strain on my company but this time the service was just unacceptable I have had work on my truck before from here after ford tried to bs me into a bunch of work that didn’t even need to be done so I brought it to back bay the first time the costumer service was still not great but Conner got me in and took care of my truck for a fraction of the price and did the necessary work needed to fix my truck granted it too... read more
Highly don't recommend.
After getting maintenance and repair at other places and the difference in professionalism and overall knowledge of helping me keep my truck in prime running condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else for diesel repairs or maintenance to my truck
