The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
We passed through Heber from Evanston, WY on our bike yesterday enjoyed lunch at your place. Nice job on the remodel and the food is wonderful! We had Thai chicken lettuce wraps and chili cheese fries. Theresa, our server, was friendly and efficient - truly 5-star quality and an asset to your establishment! We look forward to dining there again.
Just had our wedding anniversary date at Back 40 in Heber....it was amazing!! Wonderful food, service, and ambiance with the deck view of the north fields and live music. If you haven't eaten at this local restaurant, get there asap!! We had the veggie spring rolls, ribs, Gorgonzola chicken pasta, and triple berry cobbler. Wonderful food!!!
Both the food and service are 5 star! Do yourself a favor and go have a meal here.

Disclaimer: We didn't even get seated here. Didn't taste the food :( This is strictly customer service related. I ran in before the rest of my family to get a table. It took at least 5 minutes (no joke) for the hostess to turn around and see me. She was on the phone with her back to the door. My husband and I (with our 2 year old son) have eaten here 6 or 8 times since they opened. The food is always good, sometimes it's been excellent. Definitely the best food for its price in the Heber Valley.
The chicken gorgonzola is out of this world. My friend Matt had the burger and loved it. Recommend it to everyone the food is excellent the atmosphere is kinda laid back. Fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere what could be better.
We had a great meal last nite at the Back 40 in Heber. There were 8 of us and we were seated quickly. The menu was varied and we had burgers, shrimp tacos, spring rolls, salmon, steak. Prices were fair and the portions were very generous. Everything was hot. The waitstaff was friendly and responsive. My shrimp tacos had large nicely spiced grilled shrimp, avocado, tomatoes and lettuce; delicious!! We will definitely be back!
Great surprise in Heber city on our way home to Jackson hole. Locally grown food. Fantastic atmosphere. Def recommend!
