My favorite place to eat. The best bloody mary and best wedge salad I ever had. The only problem is that I live in Delaware !
We had an amazing lunch while enjoying the gorgeous views today. Fish & chips special, burger, salads, and healthy food for the kids!

I am so sorry for your negative experience at Back 40 last night. I was there and was not told of an unhappy customer. I would have brought you something else and or not make you pay for what you didn't like. I'm very sorry I did not fix this situation while you were dining.
Service is outstanding and the place is gorgeous with a beautiful back drop. Will be back several times.
Love this little gem in the Heber Valley. The atmosphere is unique, food is awesome and service is good. Cannot beat that now can you!!!

We just left the Back 40 Roadhouse Grill and don't plan on returning soon. The bacon was left off my sons burger, my husbands burger was over cooked even after being asked what temp he wanted it. Our waitress was not attentive, after asking a question and hearing our response, she would ask again because she wasn't listening. My husband asked for his iced tea to be refilled and never got it back, to hear her ask the table next to us if they wanted theirs refilled. A great new gem. Fast becoming one of our favorite restaurants. Food, service and atmosphere are great.
Ate lunch at the Back 40 today! Love the locally sourced menu and specials. Even our service (Chris) was amazing with his fun accents and small talk, he made us feel welcome. Food was delish, will come again!
