Best meal in town! Great staff, great food, great view! Add that to being able to sit at the counter and watch the game... Back 40 is our go-to spot.

We love their food, We have had the chicken gorgonzola, the rib eye, prime rib, salmon, the blue cheese wedge and the lettuce wraps, most of the deserts. Highly recommend.
Wow, it's a hidden gem. The atmosphere was friendly, the price was in line with comparable places, the wait staff was exceptional and the food was to die for. In our group we had the salmon, lasagne and filet mignon. The steaks melt in your mouth and could be cut with a fork. The lasagne and salmon were also fantastic and worth another trip. I highly recommend this place, don't let the menu scare you, it's kind of weak and scattered. Ask the staff if in doubt.
We were in town from Denver getting Scuba Certified and stumbled on Back 40 Ranch House Grill... So glad we did! The food and service was great and the views were absolutely breathtaking!!
I had the fish and chips with mahi-mahi which was delicious and my son had the shrimp tacos which was also delicious then I brought a piece of raspberry cheesecake home and just ate that and it was soooo good. Everybody was very very friendly I was impressed with that. we'll go back again
Excellent food, good selection of beers and other libations. The staff is friendly and they make you feel at home. I strongly recommend the Back 40.
