HORRIBLE PLACE DONT MOVE HERE !!! “I would not recommend moving here. The one-bedroom apartments are overpriced and feel more like studio spaces. The back stairwells are poorly maintained, often dirty, and reminiscent of neglected areas in need of care. Additionally, the elevators are frequently out of service. Although the property claims to be smoke-free, that’s not enforced—neighbors regularly smoke inside their apartments and on balconies, with no action taken. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience.

The construction here is ridiculous and consistently operates outside hours allowed on their permit. They are RUSHING to build because their plans were repeatedly delayed due to an archeological find on the property. They are building on top of a historical native site and trying to hastily remove any artifacts while simultaneously pouring concrete. Overall a botch job in the name of “luxury” - nothing luxurious about a haunted building and overzealous developers.
