Absolutely furious. Do not use this company. They closed all their NC practices without warning. I had my first appointment with them the day before they sent out the "find a new birthing center, we out" email. I followed my gut and closed my debit account, and I'm so happy I did. Baby+co does not do their labs in network. They bill out US and labs. I had a single blood test for hepc immunity and glucose done, and one urine test. Wish I could give negative stars. My wife and I were going here for a while when she was pregnant. When everything came out last spring about the deaths and they were suspending births, my wife got nervous and decided that she wanted to give birth at the hospital but just keep going here for check ups. Just got a call saying Baby+Co will be closing May 15th 2019. WTF. Been with them since the start of pregnancy and now within the last remaining weeks I need to find new plans. How can they not just phase out gradually for those already committed?!

I had my baby almost a year ago, so I feel like I'm finally ready to write this in a more objective fashion. TL;DR - they kicked me out of their practice at 39.5 weeks and never spoke another word to me. I would do one star, but their staff is so friendly and their birthing rooms are beautiful. Those are their only redeeming qualities.
