Finally switched after 2 years. Worst doctors office my kids have ever been to. Set my kids up for appointments only to not be open the day of on all of them. No decency to call and let us know office was closed or reschedule. Dr. Bain is very rude with such a poor bedside manner, literally has said negative things about my kids and my parenting abilities. They are proffesional and very friendly
Profit before people pill mill that pushes unnecessary surgeries, supplements (available at their store!) and other snake oil treatments (whatever is trending at the time) using fear tactics/mongering on unsuspecting new parents. Predators. BBW!
We have been seeing Dr Bain for over 14 years. The office is always speedy and reactive to questions and concerns. Recently after a sports injury, Dr.Bain suggested we try Bemer therapy which they offer at the office. After the first session we've noticed remarkable improvements. I am so thankful for the research that Dr Bain does and the time he puts in to have a knowledgeable staff and to be able to offer the latest and greatest in technology.
