After contacting the Florida Medical Association and the Florida Board of Medicine, I was informed my daughter’s medical records were in the care of Russell T Bain’s daughter, Cortney Bain. I was given her phone number and told she was obligated to release my daughter’s medical records to her new pediatrician. I have contacted Ms. Bain multiple times. RecommendedI have been going to this office for 7 plus years. At first I thought Dr Bain was the mean uncaring doctor. I could not have been more wrong. He was upfront and did sugar coat a thing. He treated both my girls and son with care and love. He knew what he was doing always and had a good bedside manner with my children but would not be shy on telling me the truth no matter how much I didn’t like it.
