Dr. O’s familiarity was very comforting. His calm and confident demeanor put me at ease and I was able to absorb what he assessed. His matter of Fact prognosis was equally soothing, quelling all the anxiety That’s associated with the words “fix it”.

I have received exemplary care from Dr. "O" since my tragic fall in November, breaking my neck and my left arm in two places. He is never too busy to show me the ex rays or CT scans , explaining it in detail. He is kind, patient, and always hopeful with me. My C2 was fractured and that can leave one paralyzed. He was cautious and did not rush into spine surgery. I had never met him before the accident, and he was "on call" and appointed to treat me. How blessed I am to have received him to take care of me! Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant & professional. My visit was short, however I did leave with clear information regarding my condition. I also received timely contact with instructions for the next step in my treatment. After having a MRI, Dr O recommended that I have injections in my spine. I was not ready for that step. At this point, I believe that I prefer physical therapy. Shots will be a last resort for me. I intend to ask to be referred to a PT within my local area.

Not only is Dr "O" a fantastic surgeon I also consider him my friend. He's very frank in his explanations of your condition and makes you feel at ease while explaining. He has operated on me once and my wife twice and we wouldn't even consider anyone else with the results we have had.
