Dr O is always professional and listens to my concerns. I had two surgeries by a Dr in Tyler with no success. After one with Dr. O I was 100% better than from previous surgeries
Dr. O is great. I actually had another surgeon do my previous spine and cervical surgeries. However, due to change in Insurance the previous surgeon was not available to me. Dr. O is a great listener and for my experience is very personal with his patients. That’s a great quality in anybody that’s going to be doing surgery on you for sure. My only frustration is the inability to have access to him through a patient portal. CEO Ron Short. I have attempted to contact you several times regarding the treatment I endured by your longview Office manager, Dr. O’s nurse and MA. I attempted many times to contact Dr. O himself with no luck. I was forced to seek another group and NOT due to Dr. O. I have contacted BCBS with a grievance regarding staff not something you would appreciate with your facility. I still have not had surgery since I had to start all over again with another group. After calling his office, I received an appointment within a week. At my appointment, Dr. O saw me promptly and looked at me as he listened to my explanation of the reason for my visit. He asked clarifying questions and referred to my records as needed. He was personable as well as professional. He prescribed 1 medication and told me his staff would be scheduling MRI and nerve conduction appointments as well. He’s extremely professional, courteous, and always looking at the bigger picture NOT just the symptoms! He was able to identify a heart problem before my back surgery! I would recommend him to anyone!
Very good doctor. I would recommend highly recommend him if you have any back problems.
I have a lot of faith in Dr O and his ability to treat my condition. However, I can't ever get a return call from his nurse when I need to leave a message for him.
