Can’t get a visit ... the staff at this place is rediculous!!! Never returns calls! The scheduler needs extensive training! She is not able to follow through with scheduling surgeries or handle any insurance matters in a timely manner! It’s sad that a Doctors reputation would be ruined over poor staff but your only as good as your team!! My mother is the patient! I would never use this place!
He is a very talented surgeon! My family members have gotten life-changing relief from the procedures he performed. He has an excellent personality that I found calming and helpful.
Dr Ogunseinde was very polite, professional, and easy to understand. He explained my surgery procedure and the events that would take place before and after my surgery. I had the C-3 thru C-7 fusion and my results have been above expectation. The pain before surgery was unbearable, the numbness, tingling going down both arms were getting worse. But after surgery and the healing process I am pain free with no tingling nor numbness. One great surgeon.
My husband is 12 weeks post-op from his back surgery by Dr. O. We have had nothing but a good experience. Although he talks fast, he explains everything that has happened, is happening & will happen. He is more than happy to answer even the smallest questions from a worried wife. Dr. O is always professional yet personal at his office & the hospital. His staff is easy to work with & Melanie has been amazing! I appreciate his attention to detail & his sense of humor!
As a patient I feel Dr.O does not listen to your concerns, he believes he is correct and does not check far enough into your situation. I would recommend everyone to get a second opinion before following through on his diagnosis or you could end up having surgery for nothing and having the same symptoms as before the surgery.

The stories I heard before coming here, the comments here, and comments heard while in the hospital shortly after my surgery (from nurses in outpatient!) all reflect the experiences I had as well. I was warned beforehand by at least two different people not to use them, but couldn't find anywhere else to go quickly. Dr. Ogunseinde was the doctor I saw and who ended up performing my surgery. To be clear, I like Dr. O and think he himself did a great job. However, the staff is absolutely TERRIBLE!
Meeting with Dr. O was helpful and he was very easy to speak with. His staff is his problem. The office manager called me only to be difficult and leave me frustrated. Only to find out she left notes in my account so that her unhelpful behavior varied over to others. After requesting call backs/ appointment several times and not receiving a call, I had no choice but to find another doctor. Sad because I was comfortable with Dr. O.
