This is a pretty cool coffee shop!
Great coffee shop!!
For the price they charge, I expected a much more professional experience. Watching an employee casually stand behind the counter drinking coffee while customers were waiting to be helped came across as inattentive and unprofessional. There’s nothing wrong with staff taking breaks, but it shouldn’t happen in plain view while guests are waiting for service. At this price point, customers are paying for both a quality product and a quality experience. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of those expectations.
Staff very friendly and professional. Good cold brew.
