RecommendedWilliam was very responsive. He was eager to fix the problem. Knowledgeable and had the solution to the problem in his truck. Took about 45mins to fix my squeaky dryer. Sounded like metal on metal. I wish I knew about him when my washing machine had the same problem. Now that I do, he is now my go to appliance man. Thanks William.

When our speed queen washing machine broke we were really given the runaround by a few other repair companies. We were given conflicting info about what was wrong and very inflated estimates for repair. We were even told that we need a new washer even though it is only 2.5 yrs old. William came to help my moms dryer, he didn't have all the parts, he had to go the store to get some, but once he got all the parts he needed he fixed it right away! Super polite, family oriented, and intelligent about the business! He knows his stuff and equipment. Definitely would recommend!
I called them to come check my washer and dryer. They told me in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. They returned the following week with parts and were done in a timely manner. They were very friendly and very polite. I will definitely call them again whem needed. And also recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks so much for all you do!
