Cant wait for my stay!!
Stayed the weekend... Not only was this hotel so very beautiful everyone that works there had smiles on there faces. Which made it very pleasant happy atmosphere to be around such sweet and very helpful people. From the impeccable customer service front desk at check in/out, to the restaurant staff at American Q, delicious breakfast buffet I have to add, to the spacious beautifully decorated rooms. Horrible guest service. I mean horrible. I am not a complainer and a man of patience. Here for a company annual safety convention. No one answers the front desk. NO KIDS MENU during the day!? Mildew smell in rooms had to change rooms 3 times due to mildew and water dripping from ceiling!! Second rooms outlets didnt work!! Staff is extremely rude!!! House keeping does not speak english which makes request a challenge!

Wonderful atmosphere....great rooms...and loved the steel drum playing out by the pool. The associates for this resort were always helpful and a delight to be around!

I think this is one of the best resorts we've stayed at in Orlando so far! Rounds are clean, modern, spacious and the beds are so comfy! There is a wonderful pool that's nice and cold in this heat, wished the whirl pool worked, it did yesterday but that's ok, too hot to sit in a hot whirlpool lol. My husband is enjoying himself in the exercise room, I'm going to get a foot massage at the spa and hang out at the pool side bar later.
