Where do I start...the girl who checked us in pulled down her mask every time she spoke to us, temperature checks were not done for us or other guests, mask policy was not enforced even staff were walking around without masks, 1 working elevator...I had to step out 3 times because some anti-masker got on my same elevator, the bartender was not wearing a mask and was speaking to other guests over my drinks, the hallway outside my door was sopping wet, the ice machine was broken, and within 30 minutes there was a physical alte... read more

Overall it was a good quick stay. For all that is going on right now they did not do a bad job accommodating us. I would return again.
booked an event on this hotel for june 20, 2020 and still have not received any refund due to the virus situation, this hotel has stolen my money, still have not received nothing since told from March By mrs Lynn and Bruce allot of excuses, but any refund the worst people to work with, to make payment it was suppose to be immediately to have my money back has been a hell. I will not recommend no one to do any event at this hotel.
Beautiful resort and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend staying here while in the Disney Springs area. thanks B!!
