Poorly maintained. On our recent 4 day stay only 1 of the 3 elevators in the lobby was working. Our room had an odd odor( overheard another guest complaining about same problem . Also, watch for " mystery charges " to your account while staying here. We were overcharged about $200 for things they vaguely tried to explain but are refunding most of it. Still waiting. Be warned. On Friday October 30, B Hotel randomly charged our credit card. I called and they charged us for an entire night as a “no show”. We never received a confirmation text, email or call. Just a credit card charge on a Friday afternoon. We didn’t even realize, we allegedly, had a room reserved there until we saw the charge. We still DON’T have and never received a confirmation number, receipt, notification, email, text, call or any form of correspondence before and now a week after our alleged reservation. RecommendedYes and I read through many reviews before booking. We had a tower room on thw 12th floor and it was nice except that the refrigerator wasn't cold and the tv remote messed up a lot. I wasn't impressed with the pool as the deck could use a pressure washing. We only was thw staff at the front desk and they were great. Covid has the crowds down so resort was quiet.
Good accommodations but the five stars go to the employees....the night reception attendant (Luis) he’s the face of service... a compliment to him Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really good friends of mine are supposed to be having their wedding at b resorts in March. They have been trying to get in contact with this Lynn Muller since August and they haven’t heard from her since. They were unexpected given back all their money with no explanation why and nobody is helping them at all. What kind of place gives back a whole payment for a wedding venue and then refuses to get back to them about it. Completely unprofessional. Extremely excited to be staying here for the second time...Thanks to Ms. Lynn Muller Director of Group Sales. She has been able to accommodate all our needs...Thanks to her professionalism and expertise we will back in two weeks....when we’ll be hosting an event at the hotel, that will require the staying in the hotel with the booking of two Posh Suites and three regular Double Rooms...we look forward to this coming even at B Resort and Spa. Terrible service!!! Checking in for the first time in this pretty hotel hoping for a good experience. Straight of the bat we had a horrible experience with front desk. We tried to make sure the charges matched what we had paid on bookings.com (which they didn’t) The front desk lady was rude, impatient and questioned us from the beginning. Si vienes prepárate a pagar una información oculta de que tienes que pagar 25$ por cada noche por el parking. 25$ por parking night they steel money Me cobraron 25$ por cada noche en el hotel para el parking esto es un robo sin armas porq en ningún lado cuando haces la reservación te lo dice solo te dicen el fee por resort pero no que tienes q pagar 25$ por noche sabiendo ellos que TODOS vienen con carros es increíble el abuso
First time here, very nice place, super friendly staff, coffee maker wasn't working, literally 2 minutes she had new one for us❤️ and listen everybody, if you read the fine print they don't have any "hidden charges" they tell you there's a resort fee and how much it is, the resort fee includes transportation to and from anywhere that is Disney through Disney transportation that picks you right up at the hotel, they don't have that right now (due to Covid) so the hotel fee is considerably less, now you do pay to park each day... read more
