Wonderful hotel. We moved to this hotel before Matthew hit as the other hotel..if you can call it that, did not have a generator. The staff here are absolutely fabulous. The food is great! Great experience considering the weather conditions.
The online photos do NOT represent this hotel. After staying, it is obviously an older hotel. There are water stains throughout, in the hallways, the ceiling in the room. I will also second what many other reviewers have said, the loud AC is ridiculous. My wife could have used a little more counter space in the bathroom, 6" to either side of the sink isn't even enough space for me. Planned on spending a significant amount just due to the area, would be nice to get your monies worth. $20 a day for parking along with the other... read more
First time at this resort...Loved it! Beautiful hotel and friendly staff....Great amenities including disney store,lovely pool,nice restaurant...Rooms have comfortable beds with sheet/duvet like combo so no nasty bedspreads...Price is reasonable for florida resident. Wish I had more time there but will definitely stay there again...
Was my first time in Disney and everything was great . Had two minor issues at the resort and they were addressed promptly . One was the key didn't work due to battery needing to be replaced and the coffee pot in the room didn't work . Again minor and the staff took care of it promptly . House keeping was terrific and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family for sure .
Terrible Stay. First morning we woke to the smell of sewage and they moved us. The next room was dirty, very dirty. The fridge had mold and was not working. The shower was dirty and broken. Dust everywhere. Called Reception about the fridge, she said the fridge could not be replaced as the hotel was full. I took photos of everything emailed the manager and never heard from him. STAY AWAY!
