Very happy customer – I know nothing about cars but I knew I needed to take mine somewhere because of the noises it was making. I checked out a few places and saw the great reviews of this shop so I went ahead with them. They figured it out so fast, and had the price of the repair to me. My car is great now. Thank you! Thanks for everything guys! – I had the pleasure of dealing with the service department at B & R Starter in Pittsburgh. They were professional, knowledgeable and honest. It was a refreshing change from the many poor dishonest mechanics I've encountered over the years. B & R will definitely be seeing more of us in the future because of how we were treated. Honest staff and great prices – The staff at B&B Starter knew how to do their job so well. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg or try to impress me by "showing off" what they could do. They were honest and straight forward the whole time and I never had a single issue with them. My car was ready at the time they told me it would be and that was very impressive. They have made a permanent customer out of me. Definitely recommend.

Very good service and value! – Highly, highly recommended, these guys really know what they are doing! I didn't have to go around all over searching for a place were they can figure the problem out so fast. Great customer service and friendly, helpful staff.

Fantastic Auto Repair Shop – B & R Starter is a fantastic auto repair shop. They helped me diagnose the problem on my car and were able to fix it the same day for a reasonable price. The service was fast and reliable and all the people were very helpful.

Honest service and Honest value! – Super service and super value. Worked on a difficult issue with our Audi. Saved $$ and did not need to pay the high price of the dealer. You will get the truth of what needs to be fixed, the real solution to fix it, and with a solid estimate.

Fast and efficient service – Finally someone who knows Jeeps! My Jeep had some electrical issues. I took it to 1 other shop and they could not find the problem. The lead tech at B & R Starter found the problem and had it repaired before the end of the same day! (It helps that the technician's family owns 4 of them.) The service manager was very polite and informative. I have nothing but great appreciation for their efforts and honesty! It was a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely go back.

The professionals! – These guys at B & R Starter is great, they help me diagnose the problem on my car. It appears that my alternator has gone bad on my Civic. I thought it was the starter. Thanks for everything.

Great service – I would recommend B & R Starter to anyone! Really nice guys , great and timely service, they have always explained everything to me in detail before beginning work. Great!!
