B & R Starter installed a dvd player in my car. They did an absolutely wonderful job and were finished exactly when they said they would be. I am gong back soon to have them install and new audio system, I am sure they'll do great!

My husband and I got my son a used car for his birthday and we said that he could do anything that he wanted to it to make it more like him, within reason of course, as long as he paid for it. He decided to get get a stereo and video system. He needed to have someone install it so I told him to go to B & R Starter because I have gone there for work on my own car. He loved what they did for him. He is thinking about getting more work done and will be going back to them. Thank you for helping him.

Finally someone who knows Jeeps! My Jeep had some electrical issues. I took it to 1 other shop and they could not find the problem. The lead tech at B & R Starter found the problem and had it repaired before the end of the same day! (It helps that the technician's family owns 4 of them.) The service manager was very polite and informative. I have nothing but great appreciation for their efforts and honesty! It was a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely go back.

A good friend of mine recommended them to me. I'm now a repeat customer. Every experience had been enjoyable both in service and their warm attitude. Only mechanic I will go to. A definitely recommend..

Not satisfied – I had a problem with my transmission. There was a hole in my transmission, it was on fire. I called B & R Starter and told them my problem, they said I could bring the van to them. I paid a towing company $100.00 to bring my van to B & R Starter. The next day they called me saying that they don't deal with transmission. Why didn't they tell me that when I called them telling I had a problem in the transmission? I could spend $100.00 towing the car for a mechanic that would solve my problem. Very dependable service – Other shops that I have been to don't offer half as many options as this one does. That is one of the biggest reasons why I have kept coming back. Also the reliable work, of course.
