RecommendedThe burger was amazing and so was the service.
Here for Easter Buffet 2019. Not a good experience. No busers. Empty plates just stay at your table. I was delivered a coffee that was cold not even luke warm. The food on the buffet was cold. The Mac and Cheese especially cold. No butter to put on anything. I asked a person working downstairs where the butter was, they couldn’t find it out anywhere. Finally they went back in the kitchen for it. This is my first ever review of a restaurant and I eat out almost every night. Just a sad experience.
I’ve enjoyed cocktails at B&O before but this was my first time coming for a meal. We came with a group for the Easter Brunch. The food and coffee was lukewarm- cold. We had to ask multiple times to get a glass of water or cup of coffee. We could have had a better meal and service for $15. Indefinitely expected better for $50 before tax and tip.
RecommendedService was great and attentive. Food was good all around. No one was unhappy or anything but satisfied! Desert was great, and a good reasonable portion... lol
