It's pretty sad when a company responds to a complaint by publicly calling one of their customers "psycho". Extremely unprofessional. My advise would be to stay away. This is another typical case where they receive your money and no longer care. You don't want people like this in your home.

My friend received the worst service through this company. And when she chose to post her review (like it asks you to do) B cleaning services commented on it and referred to her as a pyscho. So unprofessional, I would strongly urge everyone to refrain from using their services. The gentleman called her a liar, and his name was Bruce. Absolutely awful service. So unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Completely unreliable.
