This was the best experience I have ever had. Our boat lost the water impeller. We called and even though they were closed. They answered the phone and said they had the part to stops on by and pick it up. When we arrived we were welcomed and Ralph helped us put the part on and make sure it was working correctly. If I ever need service again I will travel back to B&B Marine no matter what the distance is. It was the best customer service I have ever had. Thanks again Ralph you saved our day.
Absolutely Awesome customer service. Having issues with my boat. Called and the gentlemen gave us step by step on how to fix it. Stayed on the phone and walked us through it. He was the best!! He saved our last 2 days st the lake.
He has a lot if experience and knowledge. Would definitely recommend
they might have business if they would answer ther phone or call you back .
