Monika was personable, responsive, and cared about her property. She upgraded the home before we moved in, and while we were there she installed new windows. When a microburst knocked down some trees, she sent someone to clear them out the next day. She upgraded the home for the new tenants after we left. She and I worked together to make sure I got my full deposit back. She cared about my situation as a human being, and since we always paid our rent on time, she was very good to us.
