Successful year – I have used the services if this management company for my rental in Oregon for almost 2 years now and they are wonderful. As an owner, detailed financial reports were very important to me, and that is part of the reason I decided to hire BB Management Group in the first place- because they assured me they would provide details to me about my property and the finances that go along with the rental activity.
When I first encountered BB PDX, I had some complaints. I have to say that I am impressed with how these issues were dealt with. Brandy, the Property Mgr, called me directly and asked me what her team could do to do a better job. I was taken aback by the phone call and impressed with the proactive approach to improvement. Absolute Nightmare Experience – I had an unbelievably bad experience working with BB Management Group. They have terrible follow up, unfair practices, and shady/borderline criminal policies. This is a really, really bad company to deal with.
