Writing this review is an exercise in restraint because if I listed all of the problems with this property management company it would require 10,000 words. They are stupefyingly awful. So I will stick to the low-lights. I was a tenant in an expensive SW Portland home they managed for an out of state owner. Disappointed . I am a home owner and hired Bb to rent my property. They priced me out of the market for 6 months. They do a horrible job keeping owner informed as well as they do not like to point our there's fees when ur in discussion. U do not know until u get ur statement. If u knew of fees upfront- u coulda make a financial sound decision. Wouldn't not hire them again.

I would encourage/ recommend anyone considering a rental property managed by this company to go elsewhere. They do not manage properties!! They collect rent!! You will never be happy with this company. Poor communication, delayed/absent maintenance, mismanagement of owners properties. This is the worst of the three companies I have rented from in Portland.

Very helpful and informative management members! When I was shopping around for a place to rent in Portland (when moving from San Diego) everyone was very helpful. They showed me houses only in my price range, and helped me to decide which area would be best for my family and I. I am thankful for the people at BB Management.

I though all management companies were the same until I started using BB. The other companies are the same but BB is a cut above. They are diligent and value the relationships they maintain with owners. I am treated great and so is my rental home.

Worst group ever. I could have better managed my property from out of state. Once tenants left, the unit wasn't cleaned, I could not recover any of my keys, property inspection was bogus and did not uncover a lot of damage. They took no accountability for anything. If you are looking for someone to manage your property, DON'T GO HERE.

The folks here at BB are very experienced professionals. They are very familiar with the ins and outs of their business and pass all that helpful knowledge to me and my home. Thanks for making this part of my life a little easier.

Very Good – BB takes care of my rental in Portland. They have made it possible for me to fully retire. I dont have the responsibility that comes with the home and it frees up my time a great deal. Not to mention someone else can deal with an emergency should one arise.

Clean homes – I am currently renting a charming little place in Portland that is managed by BBMG and so far so good. It is an older house, so I had issues with the furnace already, but they were able to have it fixed the same week it stopped working. I must say that when I moved in (which was just a couple of months ago) the house was very clean, which made it much easier to get settled quickly. Thanks BBMG, you have been good to work with so far!
