Employees seemed ok and delivery people were very nice. The problem is the quality, or lack of it on the wood. The #1 grade CCA wood is worse than their competitors #2 grade. Too many pieces having to be forced with clamps because of warping and cupping. One piece has a dogleg and another a 2' split that makes both pieces unusable. A lot of wood putty will be needed to fill the defects in the wood from the knot's chipping out. All of this at a price $2 per board higher than their competitor.

Gary, the #1 treated boards should have a grade stamp on them stating they are #1 as per the Southern Yellow Pine Inspection Bureau. We buy them graded as #1 just so we do not have this problem and because it should be a nicer looking board. Please f…See More
