Didn’t inform of no return policy on purchase of $40 worth of spindle shoes. Tried returning and manager just gave blank stare and would do nothing. I guess we’re out the $40. So much for customer service. Won’t be buying B&B again
I am not happy with this company!!!! We completed a new build and every time cabinets would come in- they were the wrong ones. Currently on the 4th set and this has been going on for over 5 months. There is no urgency- they say the vendor keeps sending the wrong ones but it doesn’t seem they are putting any type of pressure on the vendor to fix the mistake or have the vendor verify the cabinets are the correct ones before shipping. There is no compensation or let me make this right on their end. I’m still without the correct... read more
