Generally, the apartment... (Verified Renter) Generally, the apartment facilities and staff are great, but the co-tenants in the building are not great. Some have stuck-up attitudes about following the rules and have no common courtesy. Others are just oblivious to their surroundings and cause problems due to their apathy and self-cenetered lifestyles. Its not a cozy community in any sense. Just a bunch of folks who barely tolerate each other.
On the upswing... Updated Review It's been a couple of months since management changed hands. Things have gotten better. Not perfect, but much better. CONS (for prospective new residents): ? The 24/7 maintenance many not be what you expect. They aren't readily available 24/7. Depending on the time of day, they are off-site and it can take several hours sometimes to address a work emergency if it falls in the later hours. New Management Ruined the building I am going on my third year living in this building. I originally loved Azure on the Park. It wasn’t 100% perfect, but overall we were very happy to call it home. However, the new management company, Lincoln Property, took over a few months ago, and everything went south after that. I will tell... (Verified Renter) I will tell them the building is great, however, the parking situation is frustrating. Most spots are reserved, residents often must park on the top floors. The bike room is overcrowded and the lock to the bike room has broken multiple times while I've lived here.
Not worth the $$ - find somewhere else in Midtown Up until a couple weeks ago, I would've given 5/5 stars and recommended it to everyone I knew, however a new management company, Lincoln Property, recently took over and it's been awful. Their communication with their residents is AWFUL - it takes 3 days to reply to emails, their preferred form of communication is letters on doors, and I was recently hung up on when inquiring about scheduling an inspection.
