The apt location... (Verified Renter) The apt location and amenities are excellent, but the level of maintenance is not up to par in some areas. They need to do a better job of cleaning carpets and picking up trash left by some uncaring and immature tenants. Some of the tenants can be very inconsiderate in how they use the common areas (pool, BBQ deck, trash rooms). Maybe some greater screening is needed.
Communication was non-existent... (Verified Renter) Communication was non-existent before move-in and the leasing agency went back on their words multiple times during the whole process.
