Report was very detailed and thorough.
Purchased a new property and used Aztec for the home inspection. They were able to schedule on short notice. The inspector was punctual and right on time, thorough and explained all the pros and deficiencies in the property, and provided a pleasant experience. Downside, the total amount was 23.61% ($85) higher than competitor, “Smart Home Inspection” and another quote I received so just be aware they are on the higher end when it comes to cost.
