The receptionist is extremely rude any time I’ve called or spoken to her in person it’s as if I’m bothering her and inconveniencing her. She has an attitude every time that I’ve asked questions and the last two times I’ve spoken with her in person she rolls her eyes. The doctor is not much better, we’ve been seeing him for 5 years now and the last couple visits he has been rude and condescending and will speak down to and lecture me about things that have nothing to do with my child’s health and wellbeing.
Arrogant and rude staff, Poor service! Our worst ever experience in a medical practice. Not to mention how happy we are since we switched to an excellent, caring pediatrician.
We have been seeing Dr. Azhand for 4 years now. He is extremely thorough and takes his time with his patients. I have never felt rushed by him and he always listens to my concerns and will provide me with specialty referrals when needed. I would highly recommend him to any friend.
